SoHappyPDF has PDF tools for merge, convert, compress, protect, and OCR — plus a public API that runs the same jobs. We keep files temporary on purpose. Basic use does not need an account.
We build PDF tools for people who already have a job to finish. This is not a document library, not a place to park files, and not a dashboard you are meant to live in.
Each tool is its own page: open it, upload a file, download the result. Signed-in accounts get recent activity, billing, and API keys. Anonymous-allowed tools work without an account. Temporary files expire after about two hours — that is the product, not a missing feature.
These are the rules we use to design the product.
There is no everyday document archive. Finish the file on the page you opened, then move on.
